Job Description
Develop, qualify and close sales prospects
and leads. Meet required sales objectives and
activity levels. Create and deliver presentations,
proposals and quotes.
Qualifications and
Experience
At least 3 years direct sales
experience using 'Needs Satisfaction' sales techniques. Proficient with Microsoft Excel,
Word, Outlooks, CRM programs and Internet
Browsers.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web
technologies, web
development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and
engineering components. Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
INTERNET PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that all needed assets and resources
are identified to
successfully meet client expectations. Assure that projects complete
according to schedule and within budget. Acts as the client
point-of-contact for all project related issues. Estimate time and analyze
dependencies and consequences. Assist
clients in setting up POP3 email accounts.
Create basic forms and form
handling routines.
Provision websites on our webservers.
Light programming duties.
Installing and training clients to
use our Content Management Systems.
Ensures that all project
documentation is produced in the standard format,
follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed and approved
by
Client Support Services Manager prior to delivery to the client.
Special projects as assigned.
Coordinate website content submissions from client with Design
Services staff.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving,
negotiating, influencing,
facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and
conflict resolution
skills. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web
technologies, web
development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and
engineering components. Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Significant experience using MS-Office tools such as Outlook,
Word, Excel,
Access and PowerPoint; experience with macros and pivot tables in Excel
is
strongly desired.
Knowledge of Internet tools and technologies such as HTML,
Flash and
JavaScript is required.
Ability to work independently while at the same time seeking
out appropriate
resources when necessary.
Notify the Sales Director of any potential new business
opportunities on
assigned clients and/or projects.
High level of product and industry knowledge and attention to
detail yielding
flawless execution of project specifications.

CLIENT SUPPORT
SPECIALIST
Job Description
Accountable for providing daily phone and email based application
support and
technical issue resolution to client accounts. Escalate issues as
necessary and
collaborate with internal resources for resolution. Thoroughly
record client interactions and project activities in CRM tool.
Proactively ensure that client projects are functioning appropriately and
delivered accurately. Provide status reports to Client Support
Services Manager and Client regarding
identified trends and/or the status of key initiatives. Assist
clients in setting up POP3 email accounts.
Create basic forms and form

May provide
rotating on call support for after-hours client emergencies.

WEB DESIGNER
Job Description
Provide a strategic, and sustainable
aesthetic to the product, service and communication, that will
elevate a useful, and useable solution into a desirable one.
Ensure that the visual language is
in support of the brand and business strategy. Translate complex concepts into
convincing and compelling visualizations. Build strong collaborative
relationships with team and client. Document strategic decisions using
diagrams and text. Document design and creation. Create visual language and identity systems: logo
and type mark, color, typography, navigation, etc.
Manipulate images, style photos,
provide art direction and acquire photos. Illustrate through drawing,
cartooning, digital illustration and illustration acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in a related field, such as
graphic design, media design, interactive design, advertising,
illustration, fine arts, product design, architecture. 2-3 years experience developing
visual identity systems and style guides. 2-3 years experience developing
digital products, such as Websites, CD ROMs. Experience in client services and
teamwork. Proficiency in some of the
following: MS Word, MS Excel, MS FrontPage, Adobe Distiller/Acrobat,
Adobe Image Ready, Adobe Illustrator CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS2,
