4 chicken breasts
2 large limes
1 Finger Hot Pepper
Cheese (quantity and flavor is your
choice) we recommend a pepper jack
Liquid Chef's "A Little Touch of Jazz"
Tropical Salsa
Zest one lime over the chicken breasts,
then squeeze the juice of both limes
over the chicken. Leave to soak.
Meanwhile, chop the whole finger hot and
toss that in the lime juice. Top with
enough water to just cover the chicken.
Let that sit for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then
slap it on the grill and grill to
taste. When the chicken is done, top
with cheese and yummy "A Little Touch of
Jazz" Tropical Salsa and serve with
Mexican side dishes. With some of the
extra salsa, mix it in with avocado and
salt to taste for the best guacamole
ever!!
