Ordering
Wholesale orders have a $50 minimum.
Please keep in mind that our chocolate
treats are handmade, therefore, are made in
small batches. Most treats are
“made-to-order” and as such, some products
may take two days before it can be shipped.
We will make every effort to ship your order
within 48 hours. Please advise us with any
date specific needs.
Shipping
Orders of items in stock usually shipped
within 1-2 days. Time of delivery ranges
from 1-3 days, depending on the state.
We offer three delivery options for US
domestic addresses: DHL, FedEx and UPS
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, AFO/FPO
or international addresses.
Generally, we ship chocolate on Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday (some overnight
shipments will be shipped on Thursday). We
cannot not guarantee Monday delivery,
especially during warm weather*
months.
Helpful hint: Please use an address
where someone will be able to accept the
delivery. Although special care is taken in
shipping it is NOT recommended to have
chocolate left on the door step. During
**warm weather months a signature may be
required at time of delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping*
The warm weather shipping season for the US
is June, July and August. If you live in
the southern or coastal states [CA, AZ, NM,
TX, LA, MS, GA, FL] warmer weather shipping
applies much sooner.
We strongly suggest that if you live in one
of these states you use Overnight Air.
Anywhere else in the US, we recommend that
you use 2nd Day Air.
Due to special packaging required during
warm weather months there is an additional
charge of $8.00 is added to all orders.
Payment Terms
First time orders are credit card only.
After establishing a credit history, Net 30
can be obtained on reorders pending approval
of credit references .
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express.
Past due accounts will be charged 2% per
month until paid. If it is necessary to
send an account to a collection agency,
collection costs will be added to invoice.
There is a $15 service charge on returned
checks.
Reorders will not be shipped to customers
with a past due balance until invoice is
paid in full. Net 30 customers with a
history of late payments.
Returns and Damages
We will take every effort to prevent
breakage/damage, however we cannot guarantee
that some items may break/damage during
shipping.

Backorders
Please email us with the item that you
are waiting for. We will contact you when it
become available.

Because all products are handmade, they will
vary slightly in color, size and design.
