We try to make this as painless and fast as possible, but we will need your help along the way.

It will be your vision, ideas and concepts that will make your site unique and a fair representation of your business. There are three primary development phases for your web project:

 Creative Design Phase
Within 3 business days you will be notified via email by a member of our design services team that a Home Page Preview has been created for you based on input you provide via the Web Design Questionnaire. 

Once you approve the new design - we will create the remaining web pages for your website based on this design. 

 Content Development Phase
After all your web pages are created - we next move to the Website Content Development Phase which can take from 1 to 4 weeks to complete depending on how much content is needed.



 

 Programming Development Phase

Up until this point you will be able to 'see' the development progress on your website during the Creative Design and Website Content Development phases as you work with your design services staff.

After your website completes the design and content phases - we next add programming functionality to your website by installing whatever programming modules you have purchased i.e.; UMI (User Modifiable Interface), Database Driven Feedback Forms, Online Store, Website Content Search Engine, Customer Login, Flyout Menus, etc., and/or any custom programming services for which you have contracted us to develop.

If you purchased a custom User Modifiable Interface* (UMI)  we will work with you to identify which website pages will be added to the User Modifiable Interface* (UMI).  These static HTML pages are then converted to dynamically created, database driven pages where the web page design layout is created dynamically 'on the fly' and the web page content - is displayed from a database.

Most programming functionality is added 'behind the scenes' so you will not be able to 'see' much of this work until it is nearly complete which can take 1 to 4 weeks depending on the number of modules being installed at which point all the programming modules will be brought 'online' for testing and Final QC. 

Final QC of the website takes about 3 to 5 days.  Once the website has passed it's Final QC - we can go live with your new website programming functionality.  You will of course be given an opportunity to 'preview' these components to insure that we've incorporated all the features you have requested and contracted for and we of course will make whatever changes are required within the scope of the development contract.
