Once you decide what you hope to accomplish by getting an Internet presence or what you would like to be able to do with your current website that you are not able to do now - we'll provide you with a proposal and quote.

When you sign a contract with us to design a website for your company or re-design your current website - you will complete our online Web Design Questionnaire (this link will open a sample Questionnaire in a new window so you can look over - just close the window when you finished reviewing the form).

You will be provided with login credentials to our Client Login system which will give you access to the 'real' form which is database driven and preloads your Client contact information.

The Questionnaire is broken into 3 main areas (note - it takes about 30 minutes to complete the form from start to finish)...

Creative - these are questions about your color preferences, whether or not you currently have a logo (note you will be able to access our file upload utility on the actual form to upload your logo file to our server directly from your local computer), your taste in furniture and art - these questions give our graphics designers a 'starting' point to begin the design of your Preview Home Page.

Content - These are questions about what information you are going to want on your website, what navigation categories (pages) you want, your hours of operation, whether you take credit cards, etc.

Marketing - These questions help you to nail down your website purpose - are you trying to drive traffic to a storefront, create an online business or simply have a 'static' information site. We also try to get a handle on the kind of marketing activities you are conducting or planning - so we can recommend the best ways to take advantage of your websites potential.

Within 3 business days of receiving your online web design questionnaire - we will custom design and publish a Home Page Preview for you to review online.

You may provide us feedback by completing our Preview Feedback Form - or you may talk directly with your web designer to provide input on the Home Page Preview.

Once we've come up with a web design 'look and feel', color scheme and navigation that you are pleased with - you will sign our preview acceptance form which authorizes us to finish creating the rest of your website pages and add any programming functionality you've purchased.
